Simon L. Kozhin (Kojin) (Russian: Семён Кожин) (born 1979 in Moscow) is a contemporary Russian artist. He artist works in various genres. Such as landscape, portrait, still life, historical picture. And an excellent knowledge of technology as an oil, tempera, and watercolor painting. He writes a lot of scenery when traveling the world, so there were a series of works such as England, Ireland, Malta, Turkey, Switzerland and others. Preferred genre for the artist's historical and genre painting. So he wrote a series of works devoted to Russia's war with Napoleon in 1812.

Artist’s father – Kozhin Leonid Arcadievitch. Artist’s Mother – Kozhina Irina Mikhailovna(Dayshutova). In 1998,he graduated from the Moscow Academic Art Lyceum. N.V. Tomsky. From 1998 to 2003 he studied art Fine Arts Academy in Moscow completes the education in the studio landscapes under the direction of Professor V. Afonin. Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture(Russian: Российская академия живописи, ваяния и зодчества) Ilya Glazunov, now - he lives and works in Moscow.
From 2000 to 2010, he participated in exhibitions in Russia and abroad.
